一. Die-cut conductive cloth We currently use round knives to complete this process.
1. The uniform height of the general straight type is divided into two knives to form, namely: separate the inner side of the bottom large rubber, attach the conductive cloth and then attach the MYLAR, and then cut the shape.
2. For other types, after repairing the large glue, attach the conductive cloth, and then trim the small glue and MYLAR, and then cut the shape.
二. The following points should be noted for die-cutting of such products:
1. The conductive cloth is stretchable, and the tension cannot be enlarged during die-cutting
2. TT219 type conductive adhesive is prone to pull the glue, please pay attention to attach it to the bottom blue release film first
3. There are many working stations and many materials, pay attention to the alignment of the die and the length of the product
