Conductive PI (polyimide) film is a common conductive film material, mostly used in the electronics industry, as the foam or silicone gasket wrapping layer to provide EMI shielding and grounding effects. Its main components are polyimide (PI) and plated metal, generally, nickel-plated (silver gray), gold-plated (gold), tin-plated (silver), copper-plated (purplish red), etc. The thickness is 0.016mm or 0.025mm.
Features: 1. Extremely low surface resistance 2. High-temperature resistance, the operation temperature is -40~280℃ 3. The thinnest thickness can reach 0.016mm 4. Excellent shielding effectiveness (above 75dB, at 10MHz~10GHz) 5. Different plating layers give different characteristics, nickel-plated and gold plated are resistant to oxidation and corrosion, and the surface resistance of gold plated can be less than 0.02Ω/sq 6. Meet RoHS standards Applications: Use for equipment, ESD, EMI, EMC field, etc ; Mobile Phone, PDA, Note-PC, Digital camera; LCD, PDP, Set-top Box Storage Conditions: Best storage conditions: 23±2℃ 65± 5% RH indoor environment, 1 year of quality guarantee period after manufacturing Specification:
