Here is an example of a thermostatic disc where the customer required a surface black oxidation, that the bar after finishing diameter was phi 349.4, a precision tolerance of 0~0.02mm, with an inner and outer circle concentricity of 0.02mm, a product flatness 0.03mm and a thickness tolerance 0.01mm. This was a technically challenging order but we were able to complete the design and deliver the final product within one week !
