Details:
- 2A12 aluminum alloy is selected for CNC processing for connecting parts, which makes the product have extremely high strength and excellent welding performance. Its good cutting performance makes processing faster and shortens delivery time. The overall surface of the connecting piece is treated with natural color oxidation to improve its corrosion resistance.
- Due to the unique structure and performance of the connector, it can be used in high-strength occasions, such as aircraft skeleton parts, automobile connector parts, mechanical parts, ship parts, medical equipment, sports equipment, scientific equipment, etc.
Technical difficulties:
- The concentricity of fine holes at both ends is 0.01mm and the hole center reaches the datum level. The size of ±0.01mm, the accuracy of the process plan.

- Use fine positioning clamping and 4 axis processing technology to ensure form and position tolerance accuracy;
