KONLIDA’s EMI absorber portfolio is engineered to suppress high-frequency electromagnetic noise through magnetic loss, resistive loss, and controlled heat dissipation. Our solutions—ranging from high-permeability magnetic absorbers to conductive dual-layer absorbers and thermally enhanced dual-layer absorbers—are designed to target broadband interference, reduce cavity resonance, and stabilize signal integrity in compact electronic systems. By converting unwanted RF/EMI energy into heat, these materials create a cleaner electromagnetic environment essential for 5G devices, high-speed circuits, precision sensors, and advanced consumer electronics.
KONLIDA’s EMI absorbing sheets are made from silicone-based composites blended with high-loss fillers such as magnetic powders or graphene. Designed for mmWave applications (50–110 GHz), they offer excellent absorption of surface-wave reflections, high-temperature resistance (up to ~200 °C), and good elasticity. These ultra-thin, flexible sheets can be self-adhesive for easy mounting and provide non-conductive isolation without disrupting PCB functionality.
Ferrite Sheet
Our ferrite sheets consist of soft magnetic ferrite particles embedded in a polymer matrix, delivering strong EMI attenuation in the 1 MHz to 3 GHz range. With high magnetic permeability, low dielectric loss, and a self-adhesive, thin form factor (typically 0.1–1.0 mm), they easily integrate into tight spaces around boards or cables. They are non-conductive, moisture-resistant, and thermally stable up to ~125 °C, making them effective for crosstalk suppression and EMC compliance.
Nanocrystalline
KONLIDA’s nanocrystalline materials are engineered from ultra-fine-grained, soft-magnetic alloys formed by controlled crystallization. These materials exhibit permeability far superior to conventional ferrites, high current-handling capacity, and extremely low core losses. Optimized for high-frequency EMI/RFI suppression (10 kHz–5 MHz and beyond), they maintain stability up to ~125 °C, making them ideal for demanding, wideband shielding applications.
KONLIDA provides a complete portfolio of microwave and mmWave absorber materials engineered for free-space, near-field, and cavity-resonance suppression. Our capabilities span low-loss dielectrics, filled polymers, molded elastomers, reticulated foams, technical textiles, and custom composite structures—ready for rapid integration into advanced electronic systems.
