Part Size

Mill parts up to 80” x 48” x 24” (2,032 x 1,219 x 610 mm).Lathe parts up to 62” (1,575 mm) and diameters up to 16” (400 mm); 

Standard Delivery Time/Edge Conditions

Standard delivery time is 7 working days. Edge conditions: By default, sharp edges are blunted or deburred;

General Tolerance

Metal tolerances will remain within +/- 0.005" (+/- 0.127 mm) unless otherwise specified. Plastics and composites will remain within +/- 0.010" (+/- 0.254 mm);

Close Tolerance

Can be manufactured and inspected to tight tolerances according to your drawing specifications, including GD&T callouts;

Threads and Tapped Holes

Can accommodate any standard thread size. We can also process custom threads;

Surface Treatment

Standard finish is machined: Ra3.2~Ra1.6 or better.
